Capture your adventure and share it with the world in the first-ever “YOUR PARKS” video challenge.
What do America’s National Parks mean to you — how do they inspire you? Why are they important? Why should we protect them?
Plan your visit to any of the 391 national parks and then tell your story! Submit videos, up to two minutes in length, between July 8th and September 14th, and then vote for your favorite (voting begins September 1st). Together fans voting online, along with the National Park Foundation and Olympus, will crown one winning video and 10 runners-up.
Votigo designed and built the custom video contest micro-site for the National Park Foundation including video upload, playback, user-voting, commenting, viral sharing tools, and Facebook Connect log-in option so visitors can easily log in with their Facebook account and then share with their Facebook friends and publish stories to the news feed tapping into the viral nature of Facebook.
