Mobile Tag Sweepstakes For Aloft Hotels

Votigo is a Facebook Preferred Developer Consultant and a leader in the social media promotions industry. The company was founded in 2006 to help businesses better engage their customers, build brand awareness, and increase revenue through the use of user-generated photo and video contests, interactive sweepstakes, and online promotions. Our campaigns run on Facebook, Twitter and stand-alone websites. Votigo works with leading brands and agencies including Ford, Coca-Cola, Southwest Airlines, Sharpie, KOHLs, Shutterfly, DraftFCB, Ogilvy, Wunderman, and Arnold Worldwide.

About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the product development of our expanding suite of solutions. The ideal candidate will be a born leader, passionate, flexible and results oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle including concept, specification, design, launch and maintenance phases.
  • Identify new opportunities and define product vision.
  • Build, lead and coach a team of product managers.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical approach and schedules.
  • Communicate with existing and potential customers to prioritize features and plan future product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS preferable in Computer Science or a related technical field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping products (concept to launch).
  • Strong understanding of the Facebook Platform.
  • Entrepreneurial experience a plus.
  • Experience working with overseas development teams a plus.
  • Knowledge of SCRUM or other Agile software development methodologies.
