Techtonic Games Inc. wanted to raise awareness of their brand in the gaming community, and promote their upcomming title, Bust-N-Rush while growing their fan base through viral participation. They planned to run a Facebook contest in collaboration with Alienware that would reward fans with copies of their game and new technology. The contest needed to be presented as a fun, relatable, and easy event that would appeal to Techtonic's global audience.
Votigo's Sweepstakes Facebook application allowed userd to easily partcipate in the promotion. The application included a like-gate and featured custom artwork highlighting the Techtonic brand and their game, Bust-N-Rush, all done by the Techtonic art team. This caused not only an immediate spike in Likes, but alos consistent social media interaction and band exposure.
