Account Representative, Boulder, CO
About the Position:
Votigo is looking for an experienced Account Representative who loves social media and understands the value of online contests and promotions for brands. The Account Representative will be responsible for responding to inbound email and phone requests from potential and existing clients. Experience selling online promotions, agency solutions, or technical sales is a must.
Candidates must love working with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, describe our solutions and services, and figure out the best overall solution that will meet their need. Must have a positive attitude and be a real people person. Strong communication and organization skills are a definite must. Understanding of digital media and the social media space is a given. You should know Facebook and Twitter inside and out.
The position will be based out of our Boulder, CO office and will report to our head of sales.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to email and phone requests for information and quotes from agencies, brands, and publishers from all over the world
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client for all new business requests
- Assist the Project Management team with accounts won
- Diligently manage CRM database with leads and contact information
- Provide online demonstrations of our solutions to potential clients
- Write detailed proposals
- Negotiate and draft contracts
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously while continuing to take in new business
Qualifications:
At least 2-4 years professional work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience interacting with clients and a passion for client satisfaction
Proven track record of sales and account management
A passion for social media and an understanding of the social space is a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Experience with a sales CRM solution like Salesforce or FreeCRM
Interactive agency or promotions agency experience is a plus
