I think a wheat english muffin would present better. Where we come from the pasty look just does not cut it. Besides we are trying to add more fiber to students meals, right? And taco meat with eggs?? Good luck anyway! I won't be as poor a sport as katerider.

My sunday school kids did not respond well at all with this breakfast sandwich, thank god one of the other teachers brought doughnuts.

Really BB? Maybe you made it wrong? Even my super picky 6 year old daughter loves this! I've had alot of kids say that it's the "Best egg mcmuffin ever" and ask for seconds (not allowed to give seconds though)

bbwood

We made it for breakfast and the kids would not eat it. would never make again.

cAMMY

When you going to make this for me Liz?

Great recipe Liz

KateRider

ooh, the sausage probably would be good too. Most of my kids prefer beef though. I think green chiles and cooked onion would be good in it - I love spicy, Southwestern recipes. Thats what my mom (who submitted this entry) raised me on!
