Saved himself the hassle?!! He would've had far less attention without this competition and he knows it. He has given himself a massive excuse to get on national Radio & Television to plug his gig. Why else would GMTV want him? Lot's of top artists get big gigs all the time but you don't see them on GMTV unless they have a good enough excuse to go on, like he did. This has given HIM huge attention. Heaven knows he needed it, as no one knows who he is anymore.
If, as some seem to believe (misinformation I believe) he already knew Kath through Annie and it was all a fix.. Why didn't he just phone her up and say Hey Kath..Wanna do this gig with me.. Could have saved himself a lot of hassle couldn't he?? Just a thought...

What a complete an utter fix! Why even bother having the competition on votigo when the public vote didn't count anyway?! I did a search on Kath before she won - she had no website, just a myspace, which mentions nothing of her current negotiations with top LA producers.
