Job Duties:
Participate in all aspects of the web and software development lifecycle using cutting edge technologies including, HTML, Javascript, AJAX, PHP for multiple projects and project time lines. Act as web development project lead on major project rollout, determine content and make design decisions. Train staff and stay on top of new developments in the area of Interactive Design. Perform ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance on developed systems. Work closely with product managers in determining application requirements and functionality. Use object oriented programming methodologies when designing applications for portability, ease of use, and upgradeability. Design Web Interfaces and animations using Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Flash. Create User Flows. May Telecommute.

Education:
Bachelor's degree* in science discipline or Business Administration, or foreign equivalent. *Employer will accept a three-year bachelor's degree

Experience:
Five (5) years

Skills Required:
Academic knowledge or professional experience must include
