Votigo is a Facebook Preferred Developer Consultant and a leader in the social media promotions industry. The company was founded in 2006 to help businesses better engage their customers, build brand awareness, and increase revenue through the use of user-generated photo and video contests, interactive sweepstakes, and online promotions. Our campaigns run on Facebook, Twitter and stand-alone websites. About the Position:
Votigo is looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A desire to make clients happy is a must. This role is part Project Manager and part Account Manager.

Candidates must have a "get-it-done at any cost" attitude and strong communication and organization skills. An understanding of web, Facebook and mobile application development and the ability to communicate well with developers is a must. An understanding and love for digital media and social media is a huge plus.

The position is located in our Lafayette, CA office.

Responsibilities:

• Make our clients happy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with clients regarding the status of their project.
• Define, oversee and communicate all project priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Work with our Development Team to ensure projects are launched flawlessly, on time and clients are thrilled.
• When appropriate, work with Sales Team on project feasibility assessments.
• Own quality control and successful delivery of projects after Sales Team has negotiated pricing and deliverables with client. Work with our Development Team to ensure projects are launched flawlessly, on time and clients are thrilled.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Compile reports analyzing the success of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years work experience recommended.
• Experience interacting with clients and a passion for client satisfaction.
• Proven track record of project management.
• An understanding of web, Facebook and mobile application development and the ability to communicate well with developers is a must.
• A passion for social media and an understanding of the social space is a plus.
• Interactive agency experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
