Mike is a seasoned product leader with over 13 years of experience creating and managing consumer internet services with the past 9 years focused on online communities and user-generated media. He is responsible for strategic vision, product management, product development and operations. Prior to founding Votigo, Mike led the product management efforts for Yahoo! 360", Yahoo!'s social networking service, helping grow it from its initial beta launch to over 13 million users worldwide. Mike has been a panelist and speaker on Social Media and advertising topics at SWAT Summit, Digital Hollywood and Building Blocks and is a regular contributor to Adotas. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Santa Clara University.

Jim is an award-winning Internet marketing executive with over 15 years of experience creating and marketing world-class websites, applications, and promotions. Since co-founding Votigo in mid 2006, Jim has helped several leading brands, including Ford, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Sears, MTV, and Intel, as well as top-tier advertising agencies including Ogilvy, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, DraftFCB, and Arnold Worldwide develop and implement successful social media marketing solutions. He is responsible for strategic vision, sales and account management, marketing, and business development. Before founding Votigo, Jim spent nearly 7 years at United Online, Inc. where he was a key member of the executive staff helping take it from 1 million users to over 20 million. Jim has spoken on social media panels at CES and Likeable Summit. He has also given guest lectures on social media marketing at UNC Chapel Hill, and CU Boulder. Jim holds his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Mandy has been the fearless leader of our technology team since we started Votigo and has done an amazing job building an incredible technical team in Hyderabad. Mandy has over 11 years of experience in internet technologies and leads the outstanding engineering team that is building Votigo's innovative social media platform. He is a technologist with a passion for all things digital, including social media, user experience, and innovation. He develops ideas, creates plans, builds teams, forms strategies, and delivers execution, especially in cases where nothing previously existed. Having worked with all layers of the web stack, from being a javascript ninja to doing backend development, his keen insight to the latest trends in technology have been critical to the success of Votigo. Mandy was Votigo's first employee and his fingerprints are all over every application launched at Votigo.> Before joining Votigo, Mandy spent 8 years managing developers for United Online, Inc (Classmates.com, NetZero, Juno, MySite, PhotoSite).

Mark has over 14 years of experience in partnership development and marketing/sponsorship business development within retail, sports, entertainment, social media and management consulting arenas. Mark holds Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Kansas in Accounting and Finance and has held senior level positions at United Online- where he lead business development for the NetZero brand, as well as at Ernst & Young Management Consulting and LiveWorld.

Eric is Votigo's lead product strategist, overseeing design and development of our full-service and custom solutions and our self-publishing platform. Prior to joining Votigo, he co-founded givezooks!, a social commerce site providing social fundraising and events management for the business and nonprofit markets. As a serial entrepreneur, Eric brings over 15 years software and startup management experience to his role. Eric is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Illinois, and has also worked for Agile Software (Oracle), McDonnell Douglas (Boeing), SDRC and Sun Microsystems. Eric was also co-founder and principal at Killarney Group where he participated in due diligence activities for high tech M&A, strategy and consulting for service-based organizations, and marketing strategy consulting assignments.
